The original purpose
Brothers Mike and David Mobley, both born and raised in Oak Ridge, started Mobley Brothers Roofing & Renovation with four commitments that still guide every job.

How it grew
Mike and David started the business because they saw a need for factory-trained, experienced and background-checked roofers in East Tennessee.
Today it is one company with two branches. Mike Mobley runs the East Tennessee office in Knoxville, working out of Hardin Valley, with his son Aaron. David Mobley manages the business across both offices, and he and his son Martin lead the Middle Tennessee office in Lebanon.

Mike and David started the roofing division of Mobley Brothers Construction in Knoxville.
Into Middle Tennessee
David established the Middle Tennessee operation in Lebanon.
Today
Both brothers remain involved, and David's son Martin and Mike's son Aaron are helping to carry the business into its second generation.

The company's next generation is carrying that tradition forward through two family partnerships. In the Knoxville office, Aaron Mobley has worked alongside his father, Mike Mobley, since 2024, serving as Operations Manager and helping lead the company's Knoxville operations.
In Middle Tennessee, Martin Mobley has worked alongside his father, David Mobley, since 2018, serving as Operations Manager and helping lead the company's Lebanon operations.
Having sons work alongside their fathers reflects something special about a locally owned, generational family business. It provides continuity in leadership, preserves the values on which the company was founded, and builds lasting relationships with customers and communities.

Two home offices, one family standard
Our Lebanon office serves Middle Tennessee: Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, Gallatin, Hendersonville, Hermitage and the communities around Nashville. Our Knoxville office serves East Tennessee: Knoxville, Hardin Valley, Farragut, Oak Ridge, Powell, Maryville and the towns around them. Both offices are open 24 hours, seven days a week, and calls are answered or returned day or night.
In Lebanon we are members of the Chamber of Commerce, and we sponsor a girls soccer team through a local middle school. We are local, which means that if you need us in the future, we are here.
