### What areas do you serve?

Our Lebanon office serves Middle Tennessee, including Lebanon, Mt. Juliet, Gallatin, Castalian Springs, Hermitage, Hendersonville, Hartsville, Donelson, Watertown, La Vergne, Goodlettsville, Smyrna, Nashville, Oak Hill, Carthage, Nolensville, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, Franklin and College Grove. Our Knoxville office serves East Tennessee, including Knoxville, Karns, Hardin Valley, Farragut, Oak Ridge, Powell, Heiskell, Clinton, Louisville, Lenoir City, Friendsville, Alcoa, Rockford, Norris, Maryville, Loudon, Seymour, Kingston, Harriman and Philadelphia.

### What are your hours, and do you handle emergencies?

Both offices are open 24 hours, seven days a week, and calls are answered or returned day or night. On-site work depends on weather and safe working conditions. If water is coming into your home, call the office nearest you, tell us where you are seeing it, and we will talk through the next step.

### Which phone number should I call?

Call the Lebanon office at (615) 455-3131 for Middle Tennessee, or the Knoxville office at (865) 205-0800 for East Tennessee. If you are not sure which office covers you, call either one and we will make sure the right team gets your request.

### Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Mobley Brothers Roofing & Renovation is fully licensed and insured and holds Tennessee contractor license 59116. You can verify a Tennessee contractor license through the state's online verification service.

### What certifications do you hold?

We are a GAF Master Elite residential roofing contractor and a GAF GoldElite Commercial contractor. We are a HAAG certified inspector for residential roofs and a certified FORTIFIED Roof installer. Both offices are BBB accredited with an A+ rating.

### Are estimates free?

Yes. We offer free estimates and free roof inspections. We measure the roof from satellite imagery and send you a written proposal; we look at the roof in person before install day, or sooner if you have a concern. If decking or skylight work might be needed once the old roof is off, the proposal says so up front.

### What warranties come with a new roof?

Qualifying new roof installations can carry up to 50 years of coverage through GAF warranty programs, including the GAF Golden Pledge warranty. As a GAF Master Elite contractor we can register GAF's enhanced warranties, which add up to 25 years of workmanship coverage on qualifying installations, and GAF backs that coverage even if a contractor closes. Your written proposal names the specific warranty and its terms for your roof system.

### Do you offer financing?

Yes. Financing is available upon credit approval for qualifying projects. We also accept cash, check, credit card and debit card.

### Will you tell me if I only need a repair?

Yes. Our motto is to repair when we can and replace when we should. We trace a leak to its source, photograph what we find and explain your options. When a targeted repair will keep your roof working, that is what we recommend.

### Do you work on commercial buildings?

Yes. We install, repair, replace and maintain commercial roofs, including TPO, EPDM, coatings and commercial metal, for churches, schools and business properties. We are a GAF GoldElite Commercial contractor.

### Do you do gutters and siding?

Yes. We install seamless gutters and gutter guards, and we install and repair vinyl, wood and fiber cement siding. Both offices also repair gutters.

### Do you knock on doors after storms?

No. We are a local, family-owned company, not a storm-chasing crew. After a storm, call us and we will inspect the roof, photograph any damage and tell you honestly what we find.
